help me recover my 2K21 MyCareer corrupted file

I'm having this same problem. I can't play 2k15 mycareer offline. It keeps making me create a new my player and deletes the files. Says file is corrupted as soon as I exit mycareer to go back to the main menu. I click back into it and it say file is corrupted.
Haven't played 2k since my 2nd day of having the game. Its been almost a week now. I regret the Xbox One right now. This is the only game I really play. If anybody find a fix for this please let me know. I checked everywhere and I've only seen people with
online mycareer files that have problems.

i deleted the corrupted file but it did not bring myCareer back. it got deleted as well. What do you mean, it fixes yours... does it fix, like recovered all your VC and back to where you left off?

this happened to me to it just takes the mick . it happened before and there was a corrupted file i deleted it recovered my account and it was fine please help me?!

You can remove you account in Settings>Account>Remove Accounts. Then sign back in, this will resync your account cloud data. If this doesn't help go to this 2K support page to learn how to recover your My Career Characters.

I actually don’t have any DLC so dont have to worry about that. Yeah for whatever reason the game isn’t connecting to server so i’m not sure it’s connecting to live.
