My friend you were hacked. Here's what you need to do right now:

1. Alert the police and Microsoft immediately! Do this first before anything else.

2. Try to get into your account on a different device if you can. Remember you can always log into your Xbox Live account from more than one device. r

3. If you are able to log in, change your password now! The one thing you can't forget is that if you are hacked your opponent will always remember your password so change it if you can so they can't get in.

4. Try to log out in all devices so the hacker can't get back in your account. While the hacker is busy trying to figure out what went wrong, take any game disc out of the console and put all of your data stored in the console into a USB so the hacker can't
gain access to your data.

5. Change your gamertag once you've completed the following steps. The hacker will most likely remember who you are if you still have the same gamertag so change it quickly.
