HELP ME PLEASE!

Hi... In context of the subject, help me! When I press sign in on Minecraft I play MCPE android version it does weird things then tells me it cannot sign in and there was a problem. My Xbox account is [Mod Removed - Personal Information]. I can chat and
stuff but cannot play on servers etc. I tried redownloading minecraft multiple times didn't work. Please help me I used to have an account then it just started doing this.

If you have this issue with only Minecraft, you have to contact their own support > Help

If its happening with all games and/or on the website , contact helpdesk > Contact Us | Xbox Support

Can you go to
https://account.xbox.com/settings and check that you are able to change your own online and privacy settings?

If you get a page about adding a child account to a Microsoft Family, you will have to ask a parent with an adult account to add your account to their adult family on
Microsoft account | Your family and then use their adult account on
Sign in to your Microsoft account to allow you to play on multiplayer servers.

I see you say you used to have an account.

To be able to play on the servers and realms you will need an active gold subscription.

Also make sure you are not signed up for the beta as this will cause the problem of not being able to join the servers and realms.

 

On Minecraft PE on Android you do NOT need an active Gold subscription. You'd only have to pay if you want to rent a Realm server.

But you need to make sure your online and privacy settings allow you to play online multiplayer on other platforms and that you are allowed to see creations of other people.

Thanks for reaching out to us. If you're having issues in signing into your Microsoft/Xbox account, or have forgotten your log ins, I recommend beginning with the

Lost Account Solution to recover the sign in email, then move on to the
Lost Password Solution, if necessary. You'll want to try this from a device that is different that the one that you are playing on, perhaps a computer or laptop or tablet rather than your phone.

Once you are sure that you can log into the account, then I would recommend doing as Arminator suggests in update your online and privacy settings if needed. You can also take a look at your subscriptions in your account as well once logged in.

Xbox.com with the same account you are attempting to use.

Are you able to run/play any other game with your Microsoft Account?

Since you purchased this from the Google Play store and this is the pocket edition for android, you may need to get in contact with Mojang Support or Google Support on how to sign in with them. I don't believe you can use your Microsoft account to sign into
this version since you did not buy it from the Microsoft Store. You may need a Google account in order to sign into that specific version, like a Gmail account for example.
