alright so, I've been a member since July 19th... I've not received points for pre orders.. purchaseS... doing surveys or anything... my, MyVIP hasn't changed and I'm subscribed to gold, I was on phone with support and he hasn't me log out and act like I
was going to create a new rewards account and it took me right to my account... i need this fixed.. it's unfair that I'm not being rewarded like I should...

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders,
game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
We see your survey Credits pending in your account. However, we only automatically deposit at 5000 or more Credits. While you can manually request a scheduled deposit, this option is only available from your MyRewards page once you have at least 1000 pending
Credits.
