    Hello, i am new to all this Xbox stuff, i will try to explain my Problem from a step to step.

    Frist, i have a new PC and use Windwos 8. Here i got my Outlook.de Account to my Windows 8

    Second, i have a new Nokia 630 dual Sim Windows 8 Phone. I enter my new Outlook.de Account.

    All fine.

    Now i found "Games"

    XBox Open... looking for Apps.. fine.. found a Game.. example Sims Free. Try to Download

    Handy Ask me to Create an Xbox Account. Fine !

    I enter my birth date. Then an Error Comes whit Code: 805 a 0191 and i cant create my Xbox Account.

    Ok so i go to my PC! And loging to
    www.xbox.de

    Use my Outlook.de and Login. All works.. can create my XBox Profil now.

    Apply my Birth Date, all fine. Working here. Now i have a Gamertag to.

    Back to Windows Phone whit the same Outlook.de.... it still try to create a XBox account. Why ?

    And another Problem, if i klick on "Edit Avatar or Create an Avatar in Xbox.de so this Website send my to my Windows 8 APP on my PC -> Games. It open...

    But there is nothink to create an Avatar, thats a Little stupid. I only can Setup my Profil for more Details and look for some APPs.

    And a 3 Problem:

    Nokia Phone 630 dual Sim, Windows 8 Explorer is incompatile whit
    www.xbox.de     if you try to Change your Gamertag whit Windows Phone 8 it is impossible, after klick on Check this Nickname is used button, nothink happend.

    My first time in Xbox and i going to belive, i dont like it.

    There anybody who can help me how i can download Sims Free to my new Phone ? I Need to explain my Phone that my Outlook is already connectet to Xbox, it still try to create a new xbox account but i did already after the errorcode on my PC Webbrowser.

    Saints Row Re-Elected/Gat out of Hell bundle (Australian)

    When I bought the bundle, the x box store only allows me to install gat out of hell and when I go to Saints Row 4: relected, it says I have to still buy it. Is there a way to fix this problem or should I call x-box support?

    oh okay, well the I guess I am not buying any x box related anymore then. aidos x box u aren't going take my rights away from me for self repair. I have no warranty so I can do whatever hell I want.

    The freesync on the monitor is always on it's just the vrr settings on the xbox that won't work Also I've chatted with a professional tech and they just said they would help me with feedback so .... I don't think my problem will be solved
