Help me please. Purchase Recovery

I water damaged my HDD with forza horizon on it, along with about 20$ worth of cars and upgrades. I got a new drive and reinstalled forza. Can someone PLEASE tell me how I can get all those purchased vehicles back? And possibly game progress?

Lost my account's mail

Please help me find my email associated to my original account. I've got the gamertag, the recovery mail (the secondary, not the @outlook.com), the passwords but I cannot log in my account. Please help me find out a solution!

No problem man, I hope you get your account back and wish you the best of luck. If you can’t get the account back, I would call the bank to see if I could get any money back from recent purchases of games or gold.

Have you checked your Windows computer if you have one? Typically nowadays, I believe it is required to sign into a Microsoft account to use Windows. Another idea for you: call your bank and ask for forced refunds for the games. It may help you be able to get the money back (especially recent purchases), so you can purchase the games on a new account.

Edit: whatever did become of the bank info you inputted into the account recovery.
