Help Me Please, I completed all the steps but the system is not tracking my achievements

Hi, I'm for this Month mission I purchased 2 Movies and 1 game (Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain), so the first step (Hit the Trail) unlocked successfully, I purchased avatar items so I unlocked step 2 (Stop by an Outpost) succesfully.

Then I completed 7 achievements in Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain but after 10 days it still shows 0% in the step 3 (Ford the River), thats the only step I need to be completed in order to complete this month mission (Go West)

Please help us, Me an another gamers already completed the mission but the system is not tracking our progress.

I will leave here proofs of my progress.

ACHIEVEMENT NOT UNLOCKING

I am currently trying to unlock all achievements on Farcry 5 and an achievement I have completed has not unlocked, I know I have completed the challenge as my Ubisoft club account shows it has been completed, please help.

What I found the most difficult was completing 5 laps on hard on any track in Boom Boom Rocket, it was so hard that I had to get my sister to complete it for me lol.

I think the hardest one I personally completed was completing Inferno IV in Trials Fusion, in my opinion this was the hardest Inferno in any Trials yet...

According to TrueAchievements my achievement with the highest ratio is completing all Red Valley tracks in Trackmania Turbo, but I don't think that is a hard achievement to complete.

Other than that I don't have many really hard achievements I think...

Hey there, Darkened Night! I am sorry to see that the achievements aren't unlocking at this time. We are currently investigating an issue with game achievements not unlocking, and had an issue last week where they weren't tracking the progress as well.

Can you confirm for me that it's still not tracking the progress for you? I believe that the achievements not popping will be resolved with the game achievements, but I want to make sure that it's at least tracking for you now.

Let me know what all is going on and we'll see what our next steps are.

Hiya

After restoring my console to factory settings, it has enabled me to unlock achievements again. It has not however, awarded me the gamerscore for the achievements I completed whilst I was experiencing this issue.

I me the criteria for a few achievements (none are displaying as 100% complete as many of them are for doing 1 thing and the tracking system was not working when I unlocked them).

Trials Fusion - Silver Spoon Squirrels achievement

Wolfenstein the New Order - Wyatt Saved, Endurance II, Grenade pouch ++, Bullseye, Rocket Magazine + and Sentinel achievements

Worms Battlegrounds - Prod Off and Untouchable

Zoo Tycoon - Close to the Animals

Cod GHOSTS - A bunch of secret achievements relating to the Aliens game type

Hope this helps and thank you for actually addressing my issue, was beginning to lose faith.
