    Ever sine i got bf4 3 months i cant play it i start it. it makes me recalibrate the screen and it looses connection with ea servers and goes to a infinite loading screen. Please reply i want to enjoy my christamas gift not mourn about it

    I'm trying to buy Battlefield 4 Premium, I redeemed a code for $50.00, Battlefield 4 Premium cost 49.99. And it says "There isn't enough in your account, possibly because of estimated tax..." Can anyone help me please?

    G'day tenebroso! Let's try power cycling the console next. Hold the console's power button for 5-10 seconds and allow it to shut down completely. Wait a full 30 seconds and then start it up again. Launch the game & let us know if you're able to get beyond
    that one screen.

    Yeah the 3 tests run in the first 2 it said it was good or fine and in the third one it said the characteristics and my NAT type is open and also the reboot doesn't work

    Can you go to settings, network and run the 3 tests on the right side?

    In particular the Multiplayer test. Also in the middle what is your NAT type?

    another option while the unit is on, press and hold the power button on the console for 5 seconds until the unit turns off and reboots.
