Help me log in to my Xbox Series S?

Let me explain a little further please..

I have an Xbox one S, my son had and Xbox one S, on this set up his Xbox was my home and mine his, and I could share my ultimate game pass with him and we could game together with zero issue (he has no subscriptions just me, and I did not need to be logged in on either console for him to access any game)

Now he has a series S, which is set as my home, and my one is is still set to his home, only now he only has access to everything on the series S, if he logs into my one S I need to be logged in, and worse still if he’s playing on the series S (without me logged in) and I log in on the one S, it tells me I’m currently playing on the series S and if I terminate the session, it kicks him off - we can no longer play the same game together.

Since you think you might know which email it is, you can try using the 'Reset password' form on the Microsoft website with the email. Use this guide:

If you tried logging in too many times with the wrong password, it might lock your account for security reasons, this helps to prevent hackers from compromising your account. For more information about account locks see this page:

You can also try recovering the account with a phone number you might have on file. Also, check your different email inboxes to see if you can find previous emails from Microsoft, that can help locate which email you were using.

Is the situation I present below possible?

We own the ultimate edition of FH4 on my account.

We have 3 xboxes (2x series s and 1x one s)

Home console Series S: Wife logs in and plays Forza Horizon 4

2nd Series S: I log in and play FH4

Xbox one S: I log in to give acces to my daughther, and she logs in on her account at the same time to play FH4 on her account.

ALL AT THE SAME TIME.

Just wondering if that is possible and/or allowed.

Yes I have tried resetting my xbox series s it's not a internet problem logged put logged in restarted my system nothing worked

The only difference between a regular Xbox Series S console and an Xbox Series S Starter Bundle is that the Xbox Series S Starter Bundle includes also 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate, while the regular Xbox Series S does not.
