help me ive been dealing with this for 2 weeks

when I'm in an Xbox party on pc it will allow me to hear and talk to my friends but when I click off of the app, they can't hear me anymore but I can hear them.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and didn't help.

I went through my sound's settings in the Xbox game bar app and did nothing.

also went thought my pc sound settings and I can't seem to figure out what the issue is.

Ive contacted support multiple times. Two reps ive gotten have just said to wait 2 days and call again. The one rep ive been dealing with, i basically had to yell at him for 30 minutes for them to give me a case number and an email i can contact. But they’ve
gone dark on me the past couple weeks.
