    So, I restart my xbox series s without deleting my games, and then I found that all my online games can not connect to the Internet , the thing that blow my mind is that other online games that weren't installed worked find , I tried everything I can to fix it , I restart it again and deleted all game and reinstall them again nothing worked if there is anything you can help with I will appreciate it these games are important for me (COD fortnite FC 24 And many others )

    i have exactly the same problem. personnaly when i called the support, the guy tell me that he was only the support of the xbox (?) so he can't help me but he advice me to uninstall the xbox app and to try to dowload the game by the windows store. i don't
    understand why i was talking with an xbox tech and not with a windows tech because the ia ask me if my problem was on the xbox or on windows.

    its hard to help you without knowing what Error you are getting, could you tell us some more information about whats going on? if not try looking to make sure you have enough space on your computer?
