Help me get my account please

To start this off, i have no idea where to go and which to click on when I was looking to contact support so i figured I'd at least post here.

Alright, so, i created my xbox live account around 8 years ago and created the account using my dads email because i didn't have an email and was young.

The first couple years or so my xbox live gold membership was being paid for with my dads credit card and i was giving him cash for it. Once i got my own credit card i added my card to my xbox live account and since then have paid for xbox live and over
50 different games, many with season passes or DLC so thats cost a lot over all, the reason i mention the games is because i did not buy the disks i downloaded them onto a 5TB hard drive.

So to play these games i must be signed into my xbox live account and most of them are 90% multiplayer games so playing offline is boring and no fun after beating campaigns.

Now to get to the issues.

I'm at 18 now, my parents are going through a pretty rough divorce and last night my dad changed the password for the email currently connected to my xbox live account. He ignores all texts or emails of me asking for him to change
the xbox live account to my email so that i can play the +$1000s worth of games i have and be able to play with friends. I do not want to just make a new account because i will love all of my friends from my friend list and all my progress from everything
I've played for the past 8 years + achievements.

Now I'm trying to see if anyone can help me change the xbox account to my email. I realize you must verify on the current email to add a new email address and set it as default but i have no access to that email and my dad will not do it for me.

To prove that i am not just trying to hack some random account or whatever, xbox support can check the payment history and find my credit card on every single purchase for this xbox account, which i can prove is my card (to only actual microsoft employee
of course) because it has my name on the card and i have the card and ID to prove it. The xbox account is HScam so if support reads this and can help me (or cant) please email me as soon as possible. I'd really like to solve this issue today and soon.

Also, the xbox account that this is being posted under is my current email that i wasn't to move HScam to and will delete this xbox account after that is done because i didn't even know i had this one until just now.

Help. My account got hacked

My account has been banned from communications because someone hacked my account. Please help me.

Hey please help me, I have never begged for anything before.My Xbox account has been Permanently Suspended and I need to somehow get in contact with the Enforcement Team, I have already done a case review and that was before I found out why I got banned. Now that I know why I've been banned I would be the happiest person on the face of this planet if I can do another case review. Please Help this get out there to get my account back. I am not a rich person and certainly don't have any money on me, I have spent over 1000 dollars on my account and had it for over 5 years, and would love to at least get a second chance at doing a case review or getting in contact with the Enforcement Team.Good luck out there and do not get your account banned, it is seriously the worst thing ever to happen to a gamer, especially if you buy digital games and spend money on your account. I'm sorry about your situation yet you have to be the owner of the account to make any changes (including the email associated with the account)

These are the rules and support can't change the data of the account's owner without his/her consent.

 

Even though xbox support can see that I am the owner of this account and that i am paying for it, and have paid for all the games on it for years.

 

You can try contacting them, but since it was originally created with your dad's information, he is still the owner.

 

How can i contact them? Or what do i put as the issue, i had to post here because i couldnt figure out how to just send a message to an employee at microsoft
