    So I recently updated my Xbox 360 and now when I try to play the game, the piece of crap tells me the disk cannot be read. What the heck is wrong with the game?

    Are you logged in with the right profile?

    Open windows update and update the PC, reset and try again.

    I think you have rotated your screen.

    To fix it, please follow thtese steps:

    Press Control + Alt + 1 to reset it.

    You can also press the Windows Key + A to disable the auto-rotate.

    Copy the order number and contact Xbox Support and explain the situation.

    Please enter this link:

    Then, follow these steps:

    Type in your query: "Subscription"

    Click on Get Help.

    Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

    Select your "Other Products" and "Manage my subscription" > Confirm.

    Select Chat with support agent > Confirm > Start Chat.
