Help me fix my game (ark)

so I owned ark ever since it was In game preview and played it for sometime with a group of friends the game was great especially with friends but very grindie so we decided to make a non dedicatedl server and pvp against each other. So I bought a new xbox
so I could host the non dedicated server. I set my main account as home Xbox on the second console. Ark worked perfectly fine until I went to load it up and it said “to play this game the owner must sign in” so I signed into my main account and went to load
up the game and it said that I did not own the game. So I went to the store and it still said I needed to purchase it so I restarted the console and the same thing happened so I uninstalled the game and it still is telling me to purchase it. I have spoken
to 2 agent about this the first one said to refresh the ready to install to see if it’s hidden and it wasn’t so he linked me a record of my purchases (orders and history) and I looked through it and couldn’t find ark but I did managed to find scorched earth
the dlc I got this was very weird and shocked me as I do remeber purchasing the game the first agent told me he couldn’t go through it to find out so he rerouted me to a second agent the second agent went through the order history and couldn’t not find it
either so they told me to delete my account off my first Xbox and reset the second one so I did that and nothing happened still said I needed to buy it they then told me to take a picture of a statment in my bank when I bought the game I told them I used a
$50 prepaid card to purchase the game they then linked me this site. So far I’ve spent 4 hours of my time tryin to fix the problem. if anyone has an idea on how to fix this problem please let me know and I’ll give it a try thank you!

RE: Ark Survival Evolved. The same happens to me with Ark in single player. Keeps asking me to "Please fix your saved games", I've cleared local saved games but stil the same message comes up and still won't save.

Hi! How did you restart your Xbox? In this case you should try performing a power cycle/hard reset first:

Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

Besides that, can you see Ark in this list of recent purchases after signing in? Sign in to your Microsoft account

If not, simply search your email folders for the confirmation mail from Xbox Store back when you bought Ark so that you can send that to the Xbox Support team as a proof.

 

You can press and hold Power Button for 10 seconds and wait 2 minutes then turn Xbox on again, after this You can set your profile as home again, set another console as your home console and back to other console to set It as your home console again

 

Besides You can see what You have purchased on your payments and billing, Go there and check If the game is there, If it's so Go to Microsoft Store by using a browser and Go to the page oficial the game You habe purchased, then ask to install the game on
your Xbox, If It does not appear to You so You must check your e-mail and look for the confirmation Of your purchasing
