Help me download my profile on my Xbox 360

If you have an active subscription such as Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass, try turning on/off recurring billing (you can always reset this after) as this can often help. Sign in to the services and subscriptions page and select manage subscription > turn off recurring billing, then confirm any changes at the end of the page.

As I have checked, the issue as of the moment is with party chat which is not related to your issue. This means that we will proceed in making changes to your Avatar.

Do you have two-step verification enabled? If yes, kindly try to disable it in the meantime and then attempt to download your profile again.

Once it works, enable it again.

I have already made changes to my avatar on the Xbox one but it is still not letting me sign in on the Xbox 360 I have changed my password I have changed my avatar and still nothing. It is only with the Xbox 360 and my account. I can sign in just fine on the Xbox one just not the Xbox 360 and I can sign into other accounts on the Xbox 360 just not my account.
