Help me Can't load games The program page is getting ready 0%.

doesn't work for me either, it gets to the page and says "loading 0%" and then stays like that. its been like that since IGN announced it.

Yes I do, I beat the whole game and was trying to complete the collection stuff, when I try to get on the next day, it wouldn't load it up, It shows my progress but then says I've got 0:00:00 game time, it let me start a new one, but can't load the old one I worked hard on

I can't view the title. It doesn't load normally when I access the game either. I have to jump from another page and press back.

Try using the
store page, then install the game by visiting the "Ready to Install" section of the console.

Having the same issue... shows that my subscription is current but can't access any of the EA access games & was getting ready to pre-order Madden, but it won't give me the discounted price, just keeps bringing me to the page to
purchase the Access subscription
