Help me choose a game maybe AC Origins

I’m looking to purchase a new game as I’m bored with my current games. I just finished Wolfenstein the new order (picked it up for $5 during a sale about 1-2 years ago and forgot about it) it was awesome single player and I will purchase Wolfenstein 2 but only when it is on sale later on.

I own Destiny 2 (love the first game and played it constantly for years) but this one doesn’t feel right and I have no desire to touch it for some reason.

I considered Star Wars Battlefront 2 , so I purchased EA Access for 1 month to try it. I like the campaign but the multiplayer seems to chaotic for me. Deaths coming far to quickly from people I can’t even see so I’m not sure I like the multiplayer and will wait for a sale for the SP. I’m now leaning towards Assassins Creed Origins but my issues are, I played the first AC game on Xbox360 and found it repetitive and boring, I own Black Flag and played maybe a few hours and found it boring with stupid missions and hiding etc. but the videos in AC Origins look different and I am a huge ancient history buff (love Ancient Rome , Greece and Egypt)
So what do you guys think? Wish you could try AC Origins first but I’m in Canada and there are no video game rental places anymore.

That’s what I’m thinking , is it just repetitive missions or actually story driven role playing elements? From watching videos it looks more like role playing adventure type gameClick to expand... It's definitely more rpg action game, the story is pretty good so far, it's not like other AC games where they make you follow and eavesdrop etc, you have the freedom to do missions how you want.

Ah man i feel your pain OP. I know what you mean. Unfortunately though, they have turned Mw3 into just a run and gun game. So you see everyone running around like headless chickens carrying no more than a shottie or Lmg.

I'm running those at the moment, ballistic vests and recon drone. They seem to be points scoring machines. Not everybody takes my vests, but I'd say 3 or 4 people per vest package I throw out which to me isn't too bad.

Possibly the location where you throw them may help, like where a large group of friendlies are just before a high action zone they may feel more need to want to pick one up for a little more protection before going in.

The drones rack up the assists by alot which is a good feeling. I never really paid much attention, but do the assists from a drone count towards a kill if you're using hardline pro, or do you physically need to shoot them with you're weapon or equipment
to get the assist for it to count?

I try to pick them up but most people seem to be different than you and drop them at the worst places (like high traffic where you block teammates or get shot as soon as you stop). Plus they don't do that much on hardcore.

The only time "team players" will ever jump in is if you got a Care Package yet they KNOW you're right next to it!
