    My account was hacked a while ago but now when I try to log into the account it says that it doesn't exist and when I try to create it with the email address of that account it says that it already exists.

    Hello Pingbear, I'm sorry about what happened to your account, but the information they gave you from support is correct, if they activated 2FA on the account it is not possible to recover the account.

    Unfortunately this is a public forum and as independent consultants we don't have access to the same tools and information that support has to provide you.

    Xbox support doesn't handle things like suspensions or gamerscore resets, so they typically don't have the correct information on those.

    Gamerscore resets are permanent. There is no way to have it reversed. You would have to start over on a brand new account if you want to re-earn those achievements.
