There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,
this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. This is the reason why the Orange light is being raised on your account. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Does no good to change your avatar if you don't change your gamerpic... And it looks like you may be banned already with all those "Code of Conduct"s plastered in there...

If its something you mess with again, I'd recommend not. Too many bans on a console will ban your console.

How can you exactly mod your gamerscore by accident?

Like the user above stated you will most likely receive a reset and your account will be branded as a cheater. This will prevent you from earning gamerscore on any of the games on which you unlocked said achievements. Your gamerpicture shows a modded avatar,
which can result in a suspension.

Try and get a gamerscore reset from a moderator on xbox live, but personally you shouldnt mod in my opinion it ruins the enjoyment of games, but thats my personal opinion.
