Go into System Settings, Then Network Settings then..If you are using a wireless connection click on the internet connection you are connected to,If you are using a wired connection click on that, When you have clicked on your connection a list appears saying:

Configure Network

Test Xbox Live Connection

Test Pc Connection

Test Windows Media Connection

Click on Test Xbox Live Connection and that should work,If it doesnt put back what it says and ill try help.

If you're logging into XBL on the Xbox.com site, your email address should show up if you click on your profile in the upper right corner.

Did you get disk versions or did you get digital versions of these games do you know? There is likely updates for these games that will need to be downloaded at the very least, as well as updates to the console itself. If they are digital versions and not
disks, these games can be any wheres from 20-60 gigs or more to download. The speed of this really depends on your download speed and the qaulity of your connection to the internet. It could take a few hours or a day depending on your connection to download one
game.
