    glad to help. btw i messed up with the color space. mines set to standard, as it doesnt crush the blacks. try it with yours and it the blacks are way to much just use standard. lolz.

    just upgraded my tv

    What type of cables are you using? if your trying to get 1080p over component cables your Sony is not going to accept it you need to use a hdmi cable, try setting your Xbox to 720p on the dashboard.

    I tried the in-place upgrade but it didn't solve the issue.

    At this point I think I'll just have to do a system reset.

    Does an in-place upgrade clear the registry and drivers?

    No system wide approach, as the upgrade is something that is left up to individual developers. Even though I have never seen this link until just now BF4 is offering an upgrade plan as well
