Help I’ve been reported and I can’t talk to my friends

I too have the very same problem. I’ve been through the steps above, i’ve opened it up fully, i’ve torn my hair out and put a hole in the wall from banging my head against it.

But more upsetting is i have a small boy desperate to talk to his friends, who’s very upset because we can’t help.

This should be a simple control....It should be easy to find and sort out.......Heeeeelp!!

i am still able to change my fusing gamerpic. but i’ve been suspended and restricted from changing my gamerpic. idc if i’m able to change it or whatever but why does this mean i can’t play online or talk to friends. also all i did was change my picture to many times, it was inappropriate.

I have already submitted an appeal. I don’t think the ban was necessary because the inappropriate behavior was in a private message with my friend and neither of us reported eachother there was nothing illegal either such as pictures. Since neither of us filed a report I can’t even begin to understand what triggered the ban. I would prefer not to violate TOS but I can’t lose an account that I’ve sunk hundreds of dollars and years of my life into. It’s bad enough I have to replace my console to access one that isn’t banned by the Xbox network but I have to move several hundred GB of game data over to the new console. I can’t afford to lose my account. My appeal has already been rejected what do I do? My account has already been suspended robbing me of hundreds of dollars that I’ve spent over the years my console was banned so I’m frankly not sure what other disciplinary measures can be further brought upon me. I want my stuff back.

yes it is the situation, the team I wiped on DMZ on MW2 actually took the time to go onto my account and report my gamerpic as a team and an automatic ban was placed, I have submitted a case review. They even stated they’re gonna report me, sadly in this community we have bad sports that report you for nothing but being better at the game than them. sad really as I pay money for my Xbox to even be able to talk to my friends and now I can’t talk to no one or enjoy myself with my friend. Gutted to be fair.
