    Help! It Says That I Am A Member Of A Club, However It Says I Am Not A Member


    It says that I joined a club and on the other end it says that I am a member of the club. However, when I go to view different tabs on the club it says that only members can view it, even though I am a member. I have talked with a support agent and I have
    already tried, kicking and rejoining, signing out of the Xbox app and signing back in, and clearing my cache. The support agent recommended me to the forums and she said that it was a problem with the club restrictions. Please help.

    I am a gold member but it says I am not?

    I have been a gold member since 2010 and since last week my console keeps saying that I should become gold and when I go into xbox live rewards I am not a VIP. Does anyone know what is going on with this and when it will be fixed?

    I am a gold member but it says I am not?

    Your profile shows you as gold. It is probably a sync error with the server. Try deleting your profile (profile only), clear system cache, reboot your system, and download your profile again. After that it should show you as gold.

    Thank you for bringing this up. I agree that this issue is caused by some restriction in the club that's why you can't view other tabs on it. It's also possible that there's a violation detected by our Enforcement team and with that, the club may get suspended.
    For you to determine if your club is suspended or not, I recommend that you used another account, then search your Xbox profile. From there, go to the
    Following tab and check your clubs status. You can ask your friend to do this action on their end so that they can check if your clubs are fine.

    Keep us posted if something comes up after performing the suggested action above.
