Help in advance 0x87dd0016

For xbox users who are facing 0x87DD0016 error code.
I faced it myself and couldn't find a solution anywhere. Everything wasn't working on my XBox, I couldn't update, couldn't do a factory system settings, even couldn't make OSU (offline system update). All other and every one of forum found solutions didnt work. ALL and EVERY ONE.
Tried litterally everything.
Found that a lot of people time to time are facing same problem. And no one told the solution.

I was already packed my Xbox SeriesX to the box for service repair.

But tried to switch on my old good Xbox One, untouched for two years. And it had the same problem. So I understood that it's something wrong with communication of internet and xbox itself, some kind of bug (my internet worked perfectly on other devices).

So I tried to do an update from different internet (shared from my cellphone). And it worked. Trough different internet all the updates was done perfectly and after that both Xbox (Series X and One) even perfectly worked on main internet provider.
Two days of no life searching for problems, solved in one minute.
Hope it will be helpful for someone in the future to save lot of time for searching the solution.

Short version: just change internet provider for few minutes (trough cellphone, go to a friend with your not working device or etc.), while your console makes an update. Then you can go back to your every-day provider and use it as it was.
