Help, I'm suspended falsely on Xbox and I didn't do anything!

They think I posted a inappropiate image, which I didn't, I don't know if it's because my friend reported my image because it was hidden from his safety settings or something but I didn't do anything and now I have a 15 day suspension for no reason, plus, I didn't do a single thing against the rules, they even denied my appeal for no reason, they didn't even explain why I'm suspended, they emailed back to me saying "This account was found to be uploading imagery containing inappropriate content in violation of the Community Standards", which is false. This happened exactly on Easter day and I didn't do anything wrong.

But I need to figure out why I even was suspended, something said they can suspend me the date a suspension was issued, and I looked at my enforcement's and there was nothing issued on the date

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. If they denied your appeal, then there is nothing else that can be done. All you can do is wait it out.

It's obvious that they suspended me for past offenses

Any information regarding the suspension would be listed on the enforcement site and it sounds like they were pretty clear. "This account was found to be uploading imagery containing inappropriate content in violation of the Community Standards" If they issued a suspension and then also reviewed it, that means they looked into your account twice and determined you did do something to violate the rules.

And now I can only talk to friends using my email and I can't even chat on Minecraft because of it
