Help I'm not american but it keeps saying i am so i can't use my Australian card.

-I get the error after i press "Done" on the interface where it asks you to fill out all the information(Ie: credit card, name, all that)

-I am in North Carolina

-I'm using American Express

-On console i get that error that I've mentioned in the post, and if i try to purchase it through the website, it keeps saying my credit cards number is invalid..

Because North America is a region even though we can't use American pre-paid cards in Canada...But if I buy a card in B.C. I can use it anywhere in Canada because I'm still in my region

When I say remove the digital copy I mean from the American account then migrate the account back to Australian. Since the game appears to not work if I migrate back to Australian for my account then download it. will its licenses be changed to Australian
allowing me to play it?

Or can it be removed from my account completely then repurchase it when the account is Australian again, since the game is free now?
