Help im locked out of one of my accounts

I made the account in question years ago when i was a child and was told by chat support there is no verification on the account. Is there a way to recover it?
I filled out as much of the account recovery form as possible but it gets denied every time is there a way to get a password reset without the form

Sadly nope, the account recovery form is the last resource to recover an account.

"Account recovery wasn't granted:

We understand your frustration if you discover you can't recover your account. The account recovery process is designed to protect your account and its contents.

This means our support agents and advocates can't do more than you can do for yourself with the account recovery form. They don't have the ability to send you password reset links or provide you other ways to access or change account details.

What you can do...

Fill out the account recovery form again We recommend that you try filling out the account recovery form again. You can do this up to two times per day. Do this if you find more information or remember something else about your account that will help."

The owner of the parent account can reset their password at the following link

thanks, ive been doing all of that stuff for about 3 days and they kept sending me back here, ill keep trying though

This is a Microsoft Account issue, this is not something that people on this forum or Xbox Support can assist you with. If you have an issue with resetting your password then please follow through
and fill out the Microsoft Account Recovery form.

If you've already done that then you need to make a post on the Microsoft Account team forum and clearly explain what the issue is and see
if they can help you out.

Like I said before, this is a Microsoft Account issue and not something we can personally help you with on this forum.
