    Hi! I was referred to this page by Microsoft support. They told me someone on here could help me with my invite because it keeps saying when I go to the link and sign in that the beta is closed even though I got the email and was accepted. They told me I might need a new invite or something? We tried everything, and yes I do meet the system requirements. This is the for IOS btw. Please someone help!

    Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support so they can look into your issue if you call back. Forum support does not have access to that system. You'll need to post details of your issue in order to receive assistance.

    Hey there RaG nuh RocK! I've taken a look at your account, and it looks like 5 is the accurate tenure there. Tenure should only be accrued for the amount of time an account is Gold- so any gaps in Gold won't add to it. Sorry for any confusion there.
