It isnt that bad, i think you read all the posts about people having problems and you never hear the good things because those people are busy having fun with the game.

I think ive gotten stuck on a rock twice in my full playthrough, just save often and you will have a blast.

Using the same password for all your game accounts is not a good idea as, if one is compromised, then they all are.

If you were using a PC, then I'd suspect you have some malware on your system, maybe a keylogger or some such.

If you have only used Anti-Virus programs, then it may not be clean. AV programs aren't always good at picking up malware like keystroke loggers, spyware etc. I'd suggest downloading Malwarebytes and run that as it can pick up things AVs miss.

Even if that comes back as clean, personally, I'd go with a clean copy of Windows installed via USB to wipe away everything from the system.....that way I'd know my system was clean . At that point, I would then change every password I use to a randompassword (and different for each thing) including letters, numbers and special characters...I would also change my Wi-Fi password (if using Wi-Fi...or even consider changing to a cable).

If after all of that, it still happens, then you could safely say it's probably something outside your hardware
