Help I need help making my Xbox account independent from my brothers

I'm guess i'm going to do that tomorrow, but the support site says that i should have the answer for the secret question, name for the registered user etc. Which i don't have as i wrote above.

So that's why i asked here, and hoped for help from some mod or admin that could help me out with this.

You need to phone Xbox Support if you want to cancel automatic renewal.

Unfortunately, the recovery form is the only official way Microsoft has to verify a users identity when the recovery email is no longer available. If the form keeps getting rejected, I recommend this:

- Try not to send too many forms in a short period, because that can trigger automatic denials.

- Also, ask support for a second review of the case. Let them know you already got in touch with the escalated team and are still waiting for a reply. You can ask them to reopen the ticket or escalate it again.

As you mentioned, they said the escalated team would reach out, so for now we just have to be patient. Still, if they contact you, let me know and tell me if you were able to find a solution.
