    Help, I lost my email for my Microsoft account and I can't get it back


    I made an account and year or two back and I put a gift card on it but I never redeemed it. I remember the gamertag but I don't have the email anymore. I am just wondering if anyone knows how I could possibly change the email to one I still have. Thank you.

    I understand your concern and am extremely sorry to say that account recovery is not possible with gametag only, I will suggest taking your time, checking your existing email older mail, and consulting with your friend if they remember the email, because we simply cannot verify the account only with gametag, I hope you understand.
