HELP - I do not receive messages from Xbox

Discus and support HELP - I do not receive messages from Xbox in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I do not receive messages from the official Xbox Live account.     HELP - I do not receive messages from Xbox


    I do not receive messages from the official Xbox Live account. I often see people getting $5 or $10 promos etc.. I know it’s “random” so I didn’t think anything of it. But the. I registered for the chance to purchases a series console with the new insiders program. I have yet to receive a message stating I didn’t get selected or if I did get selected (I have seen others say they have gotten rejecting messages and acceptance messages). Please advise. And thank you!

    If you received the code on Xbox Live messaging center, and have not redeemed the code within a few days you will receive another message from Xbox Live stating that you have yet to redeem the code. That message will have the code within it. Hope this helps!

    ODST code missing

    I received my code for ODST / free month of XBL, but I accidentally deleted the message / the message expired, what can I do?

    • If you make a post over in this Xbox Support forum, someone there will be able to help you out
    • For information: Xbox Live messages auto expire after 30 days. If you ever receive a code via one of these messages, make sure to either write it down or store it somewhere like a SMS message or a secure paste bin.
    I got this from the Waypoint forums. All you need to do is contact Xbox support on the forum and they can help out.

    i heard that alot of people had this problem, so did i. i figure out that if you do a initial setup it would solve the problem it solved my problem which is the same as yours. hope it helps you
