    Hi there,

    You're going to have to wait until the system allows you to change your home console selection again. The limit is 5 changes in a one year (365 day) period.

    I would recommend changing your password on your account to prevent any other access from your friends.

    1.I have 2 friends that have my profile, 2 are trustworthy, a friend was playing games with the principal and everything was fine, but I only had one change, and recently my other friend put my main account without telling me and I do not have
    any changes and I do not know if there is a way to be able to pass my account again without waiting 4 months

    If you've already reached your limit, you'll have to wait the year until you can change it again.

    As far as billing, I would call support on this one, 1-800-4MYBOX ( depending where you live). I have not heard of ANY refunds on these. Over charge, not so sure.
