    Help! I can't update my OS, Always getting message error 0x80072EE2


    Hello I need help since my xboxone can't get system update, it's always getting error when I trying to update it, I already following all the steps on xbox support page. I even reset my xbox to factory setting and still getting 0x80072EE2 error

    Source OS : 10.0.18363.9133 Target OS : 10.0.18363.9135

    Someone from xboxsupport told me, this issue happening since I receive preview updates via Xbox Insiders program. Could you guys help me about this one? Thanks!

    Pointless since no real support but can't access my Xbox Series X or S since 24hrs and nothing works

    Started of not being able to download a game, next day it wouldn't connect to live, so the Xbox turns into a paperweight. I started the trouble shooting from there now from a fresh "install" I can't sign in it just spins. The series S is the same and its not been turned on in a month...

    machine says its online but doesn't connect for the update "source OS different from Target OS"

    When it checks online it says good then failed to update can't access online...

    The error code is 0x80072EE2

    the problem is i cant get to the Settings screen to try and fix the problem. When i power on my system it automatically takes me directly to the update screen and tries to update its self and im stuck there
