    Help! I can't open the legacy launcher anymore even after I redownload it!


    I need some serious help with the legacy launcher not working cuz. I was trying to reset my password and accidentally pressed next without re-entering the new password, So it went into an infinite load so I closed it and the launcher won't do anything.

    Not being able to use Minecraft launcher even though it's installed

    I just redownloaded Minecraft and when I did the game said "buy trial" even though I've already bought and downloaded the game. Well, at least it's not saying "incompatible with launcher" anymore, yet still it asks me to buy the game again.

    Please, reset the store:

    Press the Windows key +R

    Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

    Restart your PC.

    Then, repair the XBOX app installation:

    Press the Windows Key+X > Select Apps > Search for XBOX > click the three dots ... > Advanced > Restore

    Then, on the same page, press Repair.

    After that, please, download the Gaming Services Repair tool:

    https://aka.ms/GamingRepairTool

    Once downloaded, execute the file by right-clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator.

    Follow the prompts and check if the issue was resolved.
