Help, I can´t log into my Xbox account on my pc and I can´t play any online games (Minecraft, etc.) Any tips?

Hi David,

Perform the steps mentioned below and see if it helps:

a: Press Windows key + X.

b: Then click Command Prompt(Admin)

c: Now type the following command and hit enter

Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage

Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage

After a restart (signing out and back in didn't work for me) I entered the following command (again in a powershell in admin):

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

This will install any missing built-in apps you may have uninstalled.

Have you tried restarting your PC? Sometimes that will help eliminate some of these types of issues. A cold boot (shut the PC down completely) is the best way to go. Once it is off then after about 30 seconds restart it and see if you can log in then.

Yea but it doesn´t work. Any other help? Like whats the error issue.

so it's due to privacy options that it won't let me log into Xbox 360 with my account? I don't see why it would disable that since my account is T and the game I tried logging in on was a T-rated game.
