help i cant get rid of my xbox gamepass prescription and i dont want to pay for it

If you have a past due amount, then I'm pretty sure it has to be paid before you are able to cancel the subscription.

To cancel a subscription:

You can then use it until it expires, don’t worry if it says it’s due, as long as you’ve turned off recurring billing, you shouldn’t be charged again.
