Help - I can’t find a game my son saved

Hi, my son had nearly reached the last stage on Lego Marvel when he had to finish for the night. He clicked save and exit but then the game went automatically back to the very beginning. Should this game be saved somewhere on the Xbox? I can’t find it and
I have a very distraught 7 year old. Your help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

on the Microsoft website I can’t find out how to get to my saved controllers that I designed.

my Xbox keeps saying that it can’t find my last saved data and I checked my internet connection and it’s fine what can I do to fix it need help haven’t been able to play for awhile and I’m sad

Cloud storage troubleshooting guide to start the troubleshooting process.

Additionally, if you put the console into
offline mode, are you able to access this save file?

I’ve spent 4 hours trying to get this to work, nothing works, I’ve switched to my sons account on my Xbox launched the game and it works? Won’t load on cloud gaming either, I can’t seem to find any other information on it or how i can delete the game save from the cloud as there’s nothing on my Xbox, this is very frustrating

What is the game? Is it that your save is not loading or you can’t find the game in general

I tried to buy a Lego Super Villains season pass this morning with the same issue. My son plays the game and clicks on the downloadable content and it has the gold box that says save $10.50. The $14.99 has a line through it and says $4.49 but when i checkout
it says $14.99. I called the 877 number on the screen and was told they can’t see what my Xbox says and i can’t send a screen shot of what it says. Sorry, nothing we can do to help!!
