    Help I can't create posts and respond to other people's posts


    I made this account and for some reason I can't create posts for any games so I tried responding to other peoples posts no response then I tried responding to my old accounts posts didn't show anything I tried contacting Microsoft Live chat and got nothing
    I tried factory reseting my xbox and nothing please help

    I don't think I got a ban for anything all I do is messege my friends once in a while and play games with them that's all so I don't think it's a ban

    I take it that you mean on Xbox Live? That's strange, you should be able to make posts. Is there any chance that this gamertag that you're on has received a communications ban for anything?
