Help! I can no longer install Oblivion GOTYE on my Xbox One S. What am I doing wrong?

Today I decided to play Oblivion GOTYE on my Xbox One S. As soon as I tried to play a save it told me files were missing. So I checked under my downloaded content and I noticed Shivering Isles, which comes free with the installation, was missing. Odd.
I played this game a few weeks ago, and it worked just fine. So I uninstalled everything pertained to the game and went to reinstall and now I just get an error message every time that says something went wrong, try again. Just to see if it was the disc, I
tried installing the game on the xbox 360. It works, but all my saves are missing. Discs are scratch free. What could be causing this issue on my Xbox One S? I've tried clearing cache, power cycling. Nothing works. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I
have a feeling I will just have to end up playing it on my xbox 360 and start from scratch again.

Hello,

I think there's a failure in one of your cable(s).

What you can do is install the Xbox on another TV (if you have) and if it works correctly on that TV, there's somthing wrong with the cables of that TV.

i want to thank all of you for giving some sage advice and not the usual ...."you suck" answers that run amuck on these forums .... but mostly a big thank you, to strunky for posing the question in such a manner that the obi-wons have given us their sage
advice ....

ps. i am changing to a different setting on my controller asap

Oops I have a typo. The specialization is not called wheelman its called "Operator".

The only thing I can think of is a somewhat 'rookie' piece of advice. Try out different specializations and find the one that suits your playstyle the most. Other than that, it sounds like you should be doing fine if what you're saying about sticking with
team mates is true. In Halo it is very true that there is strength in numbers.
