Help I am being threatened and reported without reason by an xbox ambassador

Report & block them via their profile & do the same with any other accounts they are using.

If the messages are against the ToU/CoC then you can also report the messages.

It's a good thing that you have tried reporting the player, and don't worry, it doesn't matter if a player is an Xbox Ambassador, the enforcement team will check and investigate all reports that are being sent fair and square.

Make sure to choose the correct reason for why you reported this player, if there is a message, it would be best to report the message itself.

The first course of action you should take if you are being harassed over Xbox Live is to file a complaint on the user(s) involved. This can be done via their gamercard, along with the option to submit a player review and avoid the person. If you're not
sure how to file a complaint: simply hit the dashboard button, select "friends", scroll to the far right to "recent players", and select the player(s) you want to file complaints against.

If they threatened to attack your internet, it is highly unlikely that they will do so. If you find yourself being disconnected from the internet, however, you should contact your ISP and let them know that someone has DDoSed you. This can normally be stopped
by disconnecting your router/modem and Xbox for 5-10 minutes. Here's more information on DoS attacks:

If someone is able to kick you off of your network, block them and change your IP address from your network setttings on your xbox. Problem fixed
