    Help! How to remove a game from my Xbox one


    Help, I don't know how to remove a game. Last month I bought Gold member for one month, and during the period I picked a game to download but I didn't finish the installation.

    Now my Gold membership expires, but I can not remove the game from the download list. It sounds no big deal, but my NBA 2k18 needs update, and unless I cancel the download of the game I can not update the NBA 2k18. I have tried to remove the game but
    not working. It is still in the queue.

    Anybody can help? /___\

    Have you done a full power cycle of your console? Steps can be found
    here    .

    From the queue list, have to tried pausing the download of the specific game?- go to the game, press the menu button (the small one to the right of the Home button), then select pause. It should then move to the bottom of the list and allow anything else
    in the queue to continue downloading.

    Hey, PeacefulBrush14!

    So if you are happening with these games running and it asking if you own them, there might be something up with how your console is reading the licenses from Xbox Live.

    I'd redownload your account (remove it and re-add it to the console) using the steps found here on

    How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One     and see if that helps any.

    Give that a shot and let us know how it helped with the issue

    Well if they are indeed the same account, I would check if maybe removing the account from the Xbox and then redownloading the account using the steps here on

    Hi,

    it seems that there are some problems at the moment with the gold membership.

    Please try to remove your prifile from the Xbox and download it from new.
