Help!! How long does it take a refund confirmation email to send?

So I messed up!! I accidentally cancelled my order for the Xbox series X that I FINALLY scored. I want to cancel the refund!!!! I am reading that I should be receiving an email where I can tell them NOT to cancel my order.... but how long does that confirmation email take to come through? It’s been a few hours and I’m upset that I accidentally cancelled my order.

I'm really sorry but the best thing to do is to just repurchase it.
