HELP!!!! How do I remove my profile from the out-of-state console.

My son let a buddy of his borrow his console so that they could use it. However, every time they log in to use it, it kicks me out in the middle of gaming. HELP!!!! How do I remove my profile from the out-of-state console. I am the parent account

Change your password. It should cause them to require the password before signing in so they won't be able to. Otherwise, you'd have to be able to use the console in order to remove it.

We are aware that is stated on our Service Alert, the reason we state not to try to remove the profile is due to the fact that the service alert is affecting the signing in process. A few have reported that removing the account has helped. Although others
have stated otherwise.

I would remove your gamertag from the console before returning it. Find out how here

support.xbox.com/.../remove-profile-from-console.

Then just do what you did with the original console to get your gamertag on the new one.
