    Pls help me. I have a xbox 360 and im trying to connect to xbox live but i cant.

    Im updating my xbox but it always failed.

    This is what it says "Can't download the update. To test your connection, open system setting and select network setting. Test xbox live.

    Status code: 396B 4479 A080 0F00 8007 274C.

    I am connected to the internet but when i test my connection it always failed on the step 3 which is the xbox live connection. Pls help me!!

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
