Help have a Microsoft account locked since late July/early August!

Can someone please help me with this situation or tell me where I have to go and who to speak/contact? I'm currently using my younger brothers account to make this post but my own personal account has been locked and I have not been able to unlock it or reinstate it even after filling out the form it directs me to since August. Please can someone help me with this issue I've also been trying to contact Microsoft support directly but to no avail. I have time stamps and my own personal info/credentials to verify myself but this issue has been going on long enough with no help of any kind.

Hello Jose, unfortunately in cases like this blocked account you have to fill out the form and wait for a response from Microsoft.

There is another dash update set to be in August with the beta in late June or early July.

If you have a code and redeemed you should get the achievement. Lately the one has been picky about awarding earned achievements. I earned an achievement on July 21st but it did not appear until early August so you might just have to wait. I looked on true
achievements and the most recent winners won the achievement July 24th.
