Help getting permission to play minecraft multiplayer

This has been about 3 hours of absolute [mod removed]. First off, mojang is owned by Microsoft now?!?! So I bought a NEW Minecraft account, and now its telling me I cannot play multiplayer because I do not have permission from Microsoft account. So I spent about an hour leaving my old family household because I thought being registered as a "child" was the problem but I still have the problem. So I found this page, that'll load maybe 1/10 of the time with all of the permissions for that stuff on it. Linked HERE Like I said it only loads about 1/10 of the time and so on the rare occasion that I'll be able to change permissions and ALLOW multiplayer permissions ill click "Submit" and either the webpage will crash or ill get a "error please try again later" box. SUPER frustrating that I cant just PLAY THE [mod removed] game with friends because of all of this [mod removed] Microsoft wants to do.

Sorry for sounding like a [mod removed] but I'm frustrated and impatient, lol. Any help is greatly appreciated

And to top things off, I got another error message trying to submit this question..... AHHHHHHHHHHHH

The page has been malfunctioning since earlier today.

It's displaying error codes like this one:

Access the site using an alternative browser or enable your browser's InPrivate mode.

To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window".

You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

You can also enable multiplayer by using the Xbox Familly app.

To download the Family App: https://www.xbox.com/apps/family-settings-app

Click on your Child Account Name > Settings (The cog on the top right) > Multiplayer > Allow

Then, on the same window, under Cross-play:

Allow Crossplay

Allow Communication with Friends

On the bottom of the page, Clubs > Allow (For Minecraft Realms).

If it still does not work, I apologize, but, please wait a couple of hours and try again.

It’s Minecraft, that’s really the only game I play with multiplayer. I have all of my permissions turned on.

Because Xbox 360 edition for minecraft is not supported anymore, I think you are only able to play local co-op instead of online multiplayer. I could be wrong though. If minecraft Xbox 360 does support multiplayer co-op, then the problem could be that
your kids have child accounts and their permissions for online multiplayer is turned off. I hope this helps!

Having issue getting my sons profile permission to play online. His profile is set to teen, allowed to play online multiplayer but when he tries to play online Minecraft Xbox One Edition he gets an Xbox notification saying he cannot due to his settings.
What's to be done anyone?

Could you describe why multiplayer is not functioning on your account? Family settings may indeed be the reason?
