Help getting my sons roblox to work

Hi I have been trying to get my sons roblox to work for ages Ive done all the steps to allow his account to play online i have uninstalled the game unlinked his account and linked it again it works fine with his ipad but on the xbox I'm getting

Shared content Denied

The settings should be

You can join multiplayer games ..Allow which it is

And

You can see and share content ..everybody which I have also done

I dont know what Im doing wrong ? Is there a age restriction to the game or anything that Im missing any help with this would be appreciated thank you

Kindly sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and make sure to click your son's profile, and then check this screenshot, make sure that they're all set to "allow"

After that perform a power cycle to sync the changes.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Thank you for trying to help but this does not apply to my situation. There is no email address or phone # attached to the Roblox screen name. I need help finding where to prove the Roblox account is my sons through Xbox so that Roblox support can assist with a password reset.

I wish so badly that this was resolved. Xbox support are completely useless and blaming Roblox who don't like to reply let alone help. Why do things like this need to be so difficult? Why do accounts inside accounts need to be a thing? It's stupid and frustrating.

I'm getting error 901 but only on my son's Xbox account. His Roblox account works on everything else including the same console under my adult account. The Gamertag plays everything else as well. This is insane.
