Help get my account please

Everything I log into gta v online I get kicked from the session within a minute. Then there is a popup that says there has been a error in the session I would like help to get my account or switch it to my other character in gta My question is is there a way u could help me with my problem I would greatly appreciate it

Try to contact Rockstar. There might be an outage or your account could also be restricted. When playing or even being idle in Grand Theft Auto 5 Online (GTA 5 Online) some players will do actions that violate the terms of Rockstar in the game, which may have involved your player (Account).

If contact with Rockstar does not help, try to do a hard reset of your console. Just unplug the console from its power source for 60 seconds then plug it back in.

Please try doing a reset on your console and see if this would help:

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

If this will not help, try using another account and see if the problem is the same or not because if the problem is not happening on another account, this could mean that your data might be corrupted from the game and you might need to delete the data to play the game again.

Or try reaching out to Rockstar and see if they have any idea on what is going on.

These are the rules and support can't change the data of the account's owner without his/her consent.

Even though xbox support can see that I am the owner of this account and that i am paying for it, and have paid for all the games on it for years.
