    HELP! Gamertag was changed, I then fought the case and won, yet I cant pick my old gamertag!?


    A good 4-5 days ago, my gamertag was changed through an enforcement action. I then fought the case and ultimately won, with the enforcement team agreeing to give me a free credit and my old gamertag back. But for some reason my old gamertag isnt available
    to pick. So yesterday, i contacted microsoft support and they one guy i spoke with told me to try to see if i had the free credit and change my gamertag to what ever. I went ahead and did that, but it was some random letters. They then gave me another free
    change to switch it back to my temporary account name, but my old gamertag still isn't available, and I lost my free credit.

    Please enforcement, you guys agreed to allow me to get my old gamertag back but i cant.

    Unfortunately nobody on here can help with that issue, Xbox Support isn't involved in the enforcement process. I would imagine that it takes some time for the gamertag to be released back into the wild. Personally speaking, I'd edit your post to remove
    your gamertag.

    I would wait a few days t see if u can get your gt back and THEN, if it doesnt, try to contact the enforcement team

    I'm glad you get to keep your GT, it may be a few days before it gets back in to the pool. Make sure to try daily and often to claim it back

    I would wait a few days t see if u can get your gt back and THEN, if it doesnt, try to contact the enforcement team
    There is no way to contact the enforcement team except for a case review. Since he's already done that, it would no longer be possible to contact them.

    My gamertag isn't what I picked

    I changed my gamertag to "tosya" thinking that it would be "tosya" in-game, but it's "tosya7641" instead. I thought that the number would only be for adding a friend etc. like how it is in Discord. I wasn't informed that I would not have the gamertag
    i picked. If I knew that I would have picked a different gamertag. I want to either change only my classic gamertag without paying for a gamertag change, or revert to my old gamertag.
    The only way to change it would be to pay for it again. Unfortunately.
